Refund policy

We accept returns on unused, unlit candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at woodlandembersllc@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your candle arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
